Astraly is an AI-powered tarot and astrology app. To provide personalised readings it optionally stores your birth date, time and location. This policy explains exactly what is collected and how it is used.
Astraly is intended for entertainment and self-reflection only. Readings do not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Data We Collect
- Birth data (optional): date, time and place, used solely to calculate your natal chart on-device via SwissEphemeris. Synced to Firebase if you are signed in.
- Account information: Apple Sign In provides a user identifier and optionally an email address, managed via Firebase Authentication.
- Usage data: in-app credit balance and purchase history for service management.
- Advertising data: Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for free users.
How We Use Your Data
- Birth data is used exclusively to calculate astrological charts and personalise readings.
- No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Third-Party Services
- Firebase / Google: authentication and data storage.
- DeepSeek API: AI model for generating readings. Astrological context (not personal identifiers) may be sent to DeepSeek's servers.
- Google AdMob: advertising for free users. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy and iOS App Tracking Transparency.
- SwissEphemeris: astronomical calculations, runs entirely on-device.
App Tracking Transparency
Astraly requests ATT permission before showing personalised ads. You may decline and ads will be shown without personalisation. This can be changed in iOS Settings at any time.
Data Retention & Deletion
Data is retained while your account is active. You may request complete deletion by contacting support.
Children's Privacy
Astraly is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
